Future Goals
Post graduation, I am interested in administrative roles with an emphasis on Human Resources, Talent Management, or other Operations Management opportunities. These areas appeal to me because they focus on improving a facility or organization's efficiency, and also support the employees who drive the organization’s success. In human resources, I am drawn to the opportunities that involve employee engagement, talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In business and operations management roles, I am interested in managing projects, and contributing to strategic decision making that improves the organization's overall performance. I am seeking positions where I can combine my leadership, communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to help an organization operate effectively while creating a supportive and productive environment for its employees.

Future Learning and Development
One goal that I have for myself post graduation that contributes to learning after my coursework is finished is becoming SHRM certified. I feel that further educating myself on appropriate Human Resources practices will allow me to perform my best once in the field.
