During my time at Indiana University of Indianapolis, I have been working a full time position in a managerial role at Bath & Body Works. Bath & Body Works is a popular cosmetic self-care based retail store that sells body care and home fragrance products.

My role as Supervisor at Bath & Body Works includes responsibilities such as:

• Routine opening and closing procedures of the store.

• Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding new seasonal and core associates.

• Coaching and Supporting associates to better connect with every consumer through each sale.

• Planning and Executing Floor Set changes that introduce company collaborations and new product. 

• Analyzing business operations and performing necessary payroll responsibilities.
